OneBill provides a SaaS platform for retail management. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with local laws and regulations. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the security of your login credentials.
3. Subscription and Fees
Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis as per the plan selected (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise). Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The OneBill platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of OneBill. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your business operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
OneBill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including data loss or business interruption.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the administrative dashboard.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
